Important Information

We participate with the following insurances:

AARP, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Tricare (some policies require a referral), United Healthcare.

We DO NOT participate with the following insurances:

Alliance, First Health, Kaiser, Medicaid, Medstar, Multiplan/PHCS.

If you have any questions about our participation with your insurance plan, please call our office at 202-659-2223 or your insurance company before scheduling an appointment.

If your plan requires a referral to be seen by a specialist, please obtain it from your primary doctor before your visit.

New Patient Registration

After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a registration link form eDerm. *Please use the name on your insurance card when scheduling your appointment.* Login with the patient’s last name and date of birth. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email or cannot login, please call the office on 202-659-2223. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 business hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.

If you’re reaching out after hours, simply submit the form below and a member of our team will contact you on the next business day.

In-Person Medical Appointment Online Booking

Schedule your in-person appointment with our quick and easy online booking for new and existing patients. If you are booking a cosmetic consult or virtual appointment, you must contact the office at 202-659-2223. If your preferred in-person medical appointment date or time isn’t available, please call our office at 202-659-2223 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) or submit the form below. We’ll follow up with you on the next business day.

– If scheduling a cosmetic appointment, please read over the scheduling procedure box.

– For the safety of all visitors, electric bikes and scooters are not allowed inside the building. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements before entering. Thank you for your understanding.
