We participate with the following insurances:
(AARP, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare (Medicaid as secondary ONLY), Tricare (some policies require a referral), United Healthcare)
We DO NOT participate with the following insurances:
(Alliance, First Health, Kaiser, Medicaid (as primary), Medstar, Multiplan/PHCS.)
If you have any questions about our participation with your insurance plan, please call our office on 202-659-2223 or your insurance company before scheduling an appointment.
If your plan requires a referral to be seen by a specialist, please obtain if from your primary doctor before your visit.
New Patient Registration:
After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a registration link form eDerm.
**Please use the name on your insurance card when scheduling your appointment.**
Login with the patient’s last name and date of birth. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email or cannot login, please call the office on 202-659-2223.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 business hours’ notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
